Over the years, as demand for MICE services grew, JTB broadened its capabilities and added new offices to deliver higher value-adds to its increasingly international clients. SMM (Strategic Meeting Management) is a systematic way to manage all of an organization's events(, planning processes, preferred vendors and meeting data) by centralizing and standardizing the meetings management processes. JTBAP provides greater efficiency by automating routine tasks as well as have more control over cost control measures and data analysis.

Technical Visits such as Company / School / SEZ (Special Economic Zone) sight inspection including making appointments and arranging transportation, accommodation, meals, audio, translator, etc.
